Payments
All orders will be confirmed on the date of payment, you will receive a confirmation email which sometimes likes to go into your spam folder. Payment can be made online with your debit/credit card, via PayPal or Klarna. Please note that PayPal will automatically prefill you’re Billing and Delivery address, so please double check and amend, if necessary, prior to pressing submit.
No payment information is stored by us, and all transactions are processed via trusted payment platforms PayPal, Klarna and Stripe.
Delivery Information
Our postage charges are set to Small – £1.95, Standard – £3.95 and Large £5.95, these are calculated automatically depending on your purchase. These charges may be higher if you live in specific postage areas, this is automatically calculated when entering your postcode at checkout.
We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.
We currently only deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, we will be reviewing this in the future.
Delivery is free when you spend over £25, this is calculated at checkout automatically.
Local drop off – If you live in Exeter, Cranbrook or the surrounding areas, drop us a message before placing your order for discounted delivery options.
All products are quality checked prior to dispatch by us with a lot of love and care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in the unfortunate event this is damaged on arrival, please let us know at hello@beehomecompany.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt as after this we cannot be held responsible.
We aim to make all labels within 5 working days from the date of payment and then sent by 1st class Royal Mail post – We are a small business so do not rely of large machinery, so each label is custom made, by hand. Therefore, please allow 10 days for delivery from production to receiving your order.
