Items need to be returned in the same condition you received them, unused and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of the return, so ensure you use a tracked service as we cannot be liable for any lost goods and no refund will be offered.

Items received will be refunded back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear.

Please note all custom-made labels are non-returnable as stated in the product description when purchasing, unless faulty.

Items listed in our ‘Wonky Corner’ category usually have imperfections. Therefore we cannot accept returns for these products either.
